You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using Verdemente:

  • Using the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
  • Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Verdemente.

All content, features, and functionality on Verdemente, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of verdemente or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by verdemente. Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant verdemente a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity.

verdemente reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of Verdemente may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment will be processed through a secure payment gateway, and you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method, including any bank fees or currency conversion fees.

verdemente reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle. You will be notified of any changes to pricing in advance.

8. Service Modifications

verdemente reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that verdemente will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

In no event shall verdemente's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

verdemente may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service or for any other reason. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all User-Generated Content and other data associated with your account. It is your responsibility to back up any data you wish to retain prior to termination.
